How to Use

Step 1: Add 1 cup of dosa mix to 1½ cups of water and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick tawa (recommended for best results). Pour the batter, spread evenly, and drizzle a little ghee or oil on top.

Step 3: Prepare the Mysore masala by adding the required amount of water to the masala powder provided in the sachet. Spread the paste evenly over the dosa while cooking.

Step 4: Cook until crisp and golden. Serve hot. Makes approximately 12–13 dosas.
