We have a flexible work environment and a non-rigid approach. As far as, you understand responsibility and demonstrate accountability and self-management, the number of hours put in or the place you work from doesn’t matter. It is more productivity based.
Currently, we are completely remote work company. However, we like in-person interactions for team bonding and may keep a team gathering to help develop a sense of comfort among the people associated with us.
