Step -1 for 1 packet of millet pancake mix (150g) and half cup milk(120 ml) and 3 tbsp melted butter or ghee (replace with egg) , stir well into a smooth batter and make sure the batter stand for 5 min before cooking.

Step 2 : warm a flat noon stick pan to medium heat . add butter to the pan and cook well on both sides.

Step 3: serve the pancake with butter and honey , fresh fruit, a few nuts or peanaut butter.
