1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Perishable items (e.g., food, oils, herbal products).
• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., soaps, toothbrushes).
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Items that have been used or are missing original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

1. Raise a Return Request: Email us at support@estalmia.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).
2. Vendor Review: Since products are shipped directly by our vendors, we will coordinate with them to verify the request.
3. Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product to the vendor.
4. Refund Processing: Once the vendor confirms receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
• If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, a full refund is initiated immediately.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Estalmia or the vendor is at fault.

5. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).
